Short description: At the "Gsieser Törl", which is an important connection from the Defereggen to the Gsieser valley (South Tyrol), a number of stone tools were found. Most of the finds originate from the shallow saddle area, which is characterised by the occurrence of small lakes and boggy areas. Typologically, some artefacts can be roughly assigned to the Mesolithic.
